Introduction to Transformational Breath® full-day workshop
Transformational Breath® is a therapeutic breathing practice aimed at maximising your respiratory capacity and unblocking held tension. This is achieved by conscious connected breathing techniques together with hands-on trigger point release throughout the body. The bodywork is carried out by certified facilitators that will gently guide you throughout the process.
Who will be giving the session:
The session will be led by Maya who is a certified Transformational Breath® facilitator and group leader. She is also an experienced voice & breath coach who specialises in trauma-led therapeutic breath and voice work and myofascial release therapy.
Pablo is a Transformational Breath® facilitator. He is an experienced BACP-accredited psychotherapist who specialises in a wide range of trauma-focused therapies. They will be supported by an experienced team of TBr® facilitators who will be coming from Denmark, Norway and London.

If you have been experiencing symptoms such as irritability, tiredness, digestive and/or sleeping difficulties, muscle tension, a lack of joy and motivation you might be in a state of chronic stress. This happens when the body/mind detects an external threat and releases biochemicals to help take appropriate action: fight/flight/freeze. Humans are the only living beings that can internally create a threat-response by thought alone. So just anticipating the confrontation you might have with your colleague at work later will initiate the release of these stress chemicals.
Breathwork is so effective because although our breathing is governed by the autonomic nervous system that is in charge of these responses (you don’t have to keep thinking about taking your next breath), it can also be regulated by conscious thought. As our breath becomes shallow, fast and/or irregular when stressed, consciously changing our breath pattern will have an immediate impact on the whole system. Breathwork has been shown to

Transformational Breath ® Seminar - Level 1, 2, 3
15-16 April & 26-29 May 2023
The Transformational Breath® seminar is a powerful integrative and immersive retreat where you will learn and experience the transformational effects of this life-changing breathing technique alongside a range of other mental health support tools. The seminar forms the first three personal development levels of the Transformational Breath® program. Each level is designed to deeply explore the physical, mental emotional and spiritual levels this breathwork technique opens up. You will receive 2-3 fully-facilitated sessions every day and be gently guided through a deeply immersive process by a team of caring and experienced facilitators.
Who will be running the session:
Claire Hoare and Michael Blake, Senior Transformational Breath ® trainers from Ireland
They will be supported by Maya & Pablo together with others TBr® facilitators.
