This 6-week course offers a gentle blend of breathwork techniques, somatic practices and neurodevelopmental movements designed to support regulation, relaxation and wellbeing. Each session provides practical tools to help you reduce stress, increase body awareness and create a greater sense of ease and balance in daily life.
